The pet family ornament from Passionate was perfect. The quality is excellent and I can’t wait to place it on our tree this year.

I have only ordered twice but each time I love how the e-mails come in so creative. The product I received was so well made.

Great quality products. And kept updated when my order would be delivered. Will definitely use again

Sunshade was more than I expected

Hoodie is very well made and the printing is great. Love the update emails. 😸Definitely will buy more from you!

I ordered two ornaments, one I made an error and put wrong date, the other i never received. Instead I received someone else. The company did the right thing and sent two new ornaments.

I bought a dog mum 40oz mug for myself and am very happy with it. It looks great. I also bought a tree ornament as a gift and that too was lovely. I did have to contact customer service and they were very helpful. I completed both orders within minutes of each other, but they were separate orders so I contacted customer service to see if I could combine them into one delivery. Although it wasn't possible, they were very helpful and refunded one of the shipping costs. They were very helpful and I'm very pleased with the items and their customer service.

Lovely gift. Excellent tracking, quick delivery
