I absolutely HATE these people. Disgusting thieves. There was a problem with my address in delivery and instead of allowing another attempt, my order was returned and the item destroyed. Then they said the would make another coffee cup for $15...but refused to answer when I repeatedly inquired if that included shipping. That's a minimum over $45 for a coffee cup.. don't walk away from these people. Run

I ordered a glass mug (cat mother) where you pick types of cats, color of cats, clothes for the mom etc. Comes from China. The glass arrived after the date promised (after wifes birthday) and the glass had a haze that would not come off. Contacted Pawsionate and they responded they would take care of it but they have not. Also, you cant leave a review on their website

I ordered a personalized dog mug from this company and was disappointed with the overall quality compared to the promotional images. The mug itself is a standard lightweight 11 oz mug, and the advertised “3D inflated effect” is actually just a flat printed design, which was not obvious from the listing photos. While the item technically matches the description, the presentation created an expectation of a more dimensional or premium look. Customer service responded promptly but stated customized items are non-returnable and offered a partial refund instead. I appreciate the response, but I’m sharing this so future buyers understand the product is a basic printed mug rather than a textured or specialty item.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER!!! The order does not arrive and when you try to contact them, they do not reply or try to offer any kind of resolution! Read the 1 star reviews, all say the same thing, don't make the same mistake and order anything from Pawsionate.

Not a trustworthy source to do business with. If you order an item and the size that they ship is wrong. They won't do a single thing to solve the issue. Your money goes to them; you will get nothing back. This business focuses on profit and money-hunger, with no principles, rather than taking responsibility on their end. Over the weekend, I ordered an iPhone case. I did experience some issues with the website. I had several glitch issues. I emailed them requesting that they cancel the order and change it to the correct size. I email them before the item is shipped. The first automatic reply said they had created a ticket and would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I sent several emails to make sure they received it. Later, I received an email saying that the 3-hour window passed. Your item was shipped, and other emails stating that your iPhone case is on the way. They dare to send me an email knowing that I had problems with the website, knowing that it's on their end, and they sent the wrong size anyway.

The mug came and it was really cute, too bad it can't be used. The handle was broken and I could tell the mug material was cheap. I submitted the request for a replacement on the company's site, using their form. They ignored me, so I submitted another, again ignored. Finally asked for a refund and was again ignored so I filed a claim with my bank. Non existent customer service.
