BEWARE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to get in touch with your company for the past 3 days to cancel an order and no response. I contacted you immediately via your support within 10 minutes of placing the order once I realized the address was in correct. Your policy says orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order. No response. It also states someone will be in touch within 24 hours. I have sent 4 emails over the past 3 days and no response to any of them. Also no phone number on your site. You can only contact via email which is obviously not checked. I HIGHLY recommend not buying from this company unless you want to lose your money and have no way to contact them. It is a complete SCAM.

I wanted to buy a ball cap from this company but with all the negative reviews I’ve changed my mind! I love "Trustpilot" for this very reason, they keep honest companies honest and show the crooked ones for what they are!!! So thumbs down on Pawsionate, Way to go Trustpilot!!

They're treating us like idiots. The price is attractive, but when the shipping costs hit, it's way too expensive. So they contact me again, offering a 15% discount (which doesn't even cover the shipping), then 20% the next day, but by then the original price has gone up! It's all rather dishonest.

Very disappointed. My husband ordered me something and it came completely busted up. All you hear is pieces shaking around in the box. I didn’t even open it because I didn’t want it all to fall out. I sent 2 claims in already and not one response back. Did not refund my money. Didn’t send me a new one. Just not a word back.

I placed an order on November2025. Never arrived (apparently lost on shipment). Claim was swiftly responded and (supposedly) a replacement item was shipped. That was 3 monts ago and nothing has arrived. They're pretty good at writing but awful at delivering the promised merchandise

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Paid for a memory bracelet....Item didn't arrive....Sent numerous emails....No reply....I keep receiving generic emails asking if i want to buy from company again....Even offering me a discount....!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

I was told they cannot deliver to my address even though it’s a legal address so I gave them another location to deliver and they said that they have not received a response from me and I responded at least five times!! Very poor customer service and they don’t give phone number to call.

Compré dos pares de guantes, de los que se utilizan para quitar el pelo de perros y gatos del sofá y en vez de recibir los originales que promocionan en su página web recibí unos de otra marca, que valían la mitad de lo que pagué en Amazon. Escribí a la dirección dirección que proporcionan para devoluciones y nunca me contestaron.Una estafa en toda regla.
