Was a wee bit dubious when first ordered as communication stopped after a day or two. In the end was informed of the progress of my order daily and it arrived safely in Australia The jumper itself is good quality and my daughter us extremely happy with it . It is too warm in Oz to wear it but she us coming home for Christmas. Over all happy with product and service. Ordered 5th Oct delivered 22nd October

Definitely would do business again. Would give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BUT coming from China, delivery was slooooow. Good product though. A gift for my wife and she loves it. Overall a Pawsitive experience 🐾❤️

I ordered a cap with an animal graphic for my friend's xmas present. The cap was great. Good quality and a good fit. I felt the graphic was too small making it difficult to read. Passionate were quick with their response and advised the graphics were sized as advertised. They refunded 30% of my money (which they didn't have to do). I'll check the sizes more carefully in the future.

I like the product. I think it is very cute. It is a gift for my neighbors. I gave it 4 stars because it took so long for you to deliver it. Fortunately, I am giving it as a Christmas gift so it didn't matter in this case.

The selection of dogs and images was amazing. The tumbler looks amazing It’s a surprise for my wife, as we are working away from home and the kids are looking after dogs I’m sure this will give the mum dog comfort as she is missing them . The only concern was the emails that came every day saying it was on its way . It was a bit much, as I was trying to hide it from the dog mum. Came close a few times . I love it I’m sure my wife will . Thank you so much for the memorable gift. Mark
