Not really happy with the product because it's advertised as the product is made in the USA or coming from there, but it’s a Chinese product and it takes almost a month to get delivered. So once you order it, forget about it as it gets made and gets delivered from China. Also, as I said the product is Chinese, so the quality is really bad. I ordered a sweatshirt and it came out looking so cheap and pretty sure it’s not even cotton. It’s polyester. The print was fine, so no complaints about that.

I had two orders. The first one came in a few days and it is beautiful. It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted. However, my second order still hasn’t arrived and it’s been many weeks now. I’ll get an email about every day saying it’s in transit but it never shows up and the tracking is really hard to understand

The product arrived: but the fact it should NOT be used for anything but Decoration should have been mentioned. This was a Fathers Day gift- he used it ONCE to serve burgers & rinsed it off promptly after dinner. The 'sticker/applique' raised and started falling off !!!

I love their products but the latest thing I ordered (night shirt) is coming from China!! If I had known I never would have ordered it and it still isn't here!

Purchased 3 tee shirts back in Sept...after only wash print was discolored and faded. Not happy with that. Would not recommend.

Like the product but the delivery was way too long. I ordered the shirt on December 11th and did not receive it till December 26 and it was a Christmas present.

The shirts were much smaller than typical shirts of same size.

First of all you said you ship International but when I placed my order to ship to Singapore it was cancelled and refunded. Don’t say you ship International if you don’t. Rather than cancel you should ask if it can be shipped to another address that you do ship to so the customer doesn’t have to redo the order to have it shipped elsewhere. After I reordered to have it sent to me I only got 2/3’s of the order and waited a few days because of the possibility the last item, a personalized cup, was shipped separately. Well, it never showed so I had to contact customer service. They apologized and said I would receive it in 3 to 5 days and gave me a tracking. Come to find out the tracking was for original order so had to contact customer service yet again to get an update and good tracking info. After the lateness and lack of shipping to Singapore I’m shipping myself and it won’t make it by Christmas so very disappointed. I do like the shirts and cup but am very disappointed with how shipping and order info was relayed to me. Probably need to update your International shipping info so other customers don’t have the same problem or do as I suggested, let them change order to a shipping address you do ship to.
