I ordered 2 months ago, I was sent a fake tracking number. It says it reached Canada 2 weeks ago but has never moved. I contacted them they said give it 3 days , I did and they never got back to me. I asked for a refund they ignored this. Scammers!

Terrible customer service. Item was ordered and I didn't receive any updates. Reached out and they basically said it'll come soon.

Awful, awful. Cancelled our two orders with no word of communication. Dreadful.

I placed an order mid-November for a shirt with a woman and three dogs. Names provided as well. The end of November I received a shirt that wasn’t at tue one I ordered. Wrong names, wrong animals. I contacted customer support. I had to provide a pic of the shipping label, order #, pic of wrong item received. I did all that. They said..,great news! We’ll fix our mistake and send the correct item. 10 days later I received my 2nd shirt. Wrong again. Totally meant for someone else. I contacted them again and asked for a refund. At this point it’s too late. They said, basically, give us a few days and we’ll let you know. After two wrong shipments, I think I’m easily entitled to a refund

Graphics are good but disappointed in the extremely poor quality of the shirts. For this dollar I expected more.

Well, let's see... My one experience has truly been awful. If I EVER receive the correct shirt I will NEVER order from Pawsionate again!!💯💯

Ok this is the third time that I've complained about the excessive amount of emails. And I've unsubcribed a few times. It's a great product but now it's getting fn Ridiculous.

Overall it was a BIG let down. Originally I didn’t get an kind of shipping status. Then PART of my order was delivered. When I sent an email about my confusion, and asking about my second item I was told the second item wasn’t done, and that I would get shipping status when the second shirt was finished. Well, I got shipping for the first shirt WEEKS after THAT shirt was delivered! I got shipping status for September 16th LATE! Long story short. I was TOTALLY clueless about the second shirt actually got made! It’s VERY difficult to explain to a special needs child why their shirt didn’t show up. I had no answer for him! He was HEARTBROKEN! But the time HIS shirt actually showed he didn’t want it and said he hated it!
