We are so sorry about the inconvenience this has caused you. Regarding this issue, the package is in transit but it might have not been scanned yet, which caused the lack of online updates. Each package has a barcode. Every time the package moves from one location or a facility to the next one, the workers scan the barcode. And whenever that happens, you get an update on your dashboard. Before a shipment reaches its final destination, it usually gets scanned several times. Because the parcel is still well on its way to your shipping address, please kindly wait a couple of days. In case it doesn’t arrive by Dec 30, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can dive right in and find what caused the unusual delay.

Hi Andie, we are so sorry for this inconvenience. Order confirmation emails are sent automatically to the customers so when a customer reports not receiving such, it's likely that they have made a typo mistake or the email went directly to their junk box. Second, we sincerely apologize for any delays in replying as we are a bit behind with clearing the backlog during this time of the year. If the order is delivered behind the ETA, please get back to us and we will issue a full refund to you.
