Hi Angela, we understand you have been frustrated with how the T-shirt turned out and our offer. Upon reviewing this case, we can confirm that your order was delivered in Nov which was more than 3 months ago. While we understand that our 20-day policy may not apply to all cases as you may not wash and wear the item right away, the period of 3 months is actually quite long and therefore, we're afraid our customer-protection policy won't be able to cover a replacement cost in this case.

Hi Romain, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We are a bit under the snow so the process of checking whether we can ship to an international location such as Sweden is a bit delayed and we can't say sorry enough. We definitely have failed in putting up a location-restriction notice and we hope for your understanding. With that being said, we didn't specifically run promotions to locations we cannot deliver such as yours so if you had found out about us via organic source, we're flattered.

Hi Tricia, we are sorry that you are not happy with the sweatshirt. We would like to clarify again that the product is sweatshirt, and as the product description states, the sweatshirts are made from polyester. We even put up a video with up-closed shots to make sure customers can grasp the full idea how the material/fabric is. With that being said, we are very sorry about this failed purchase and hope to have another chance with you in the future.

We are terribly sorry for the frustration this has caused you. We've checked and found that the size didn't get changed as per request, which is really our fault and we have processed the refund for the item. We have a local European printer that processes all orders in the UK, but we have made sure the brands are the same with our US suppliers so we are sorry if the quality of the T-shirts didn't meet your expectations. We will work harder to make sure the quality only gets better.
