If I could give this zero stars I would. This company is so dishonest and rude. They do not stand by their product, just their sizing chart. I am a small/medium girl. I ordered a medium and cannot even fit it over my head. I have other shirts that are Gildan t-shirts and the medium fits fine!! I have called and sent pictures of the different sizes. Your company will not replace it or refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!¡

Cute shirt, but there’s no need for the 100 emails since. Please stop the emails.

I bought a t shirt for my wife from this company. It's much too small. The site says the tees are form fitting (fine, my wife is fit!) My wife wears medium sized t shirts all the time. Well this one fits my 90 lb 13 year old perfectly, but not my wife. I contacted the company and was told it was my fault for not searching for and studying their sizing chart. Instead of simply replacing the $30 (their cost $5) tee shirt and making a customer happy, the gave me sarcasm and a personalized dust rag. Not impressed.

Hi Paul, I'm Molly who has been responding to your emails and would like to echo several points in this case. First, we are only committed to our size chart and the size chart is available for viewing next to the sizing options for the customers to review. The photos you submitted to us indeed points to correct shirt width based on our size chart. Therefore, the item is not defective at all. We believe you are aware of this. Although we prioritize customer satisfaction, our policy must be enforced in most cases. Second, we never mention the real cost of our T-shirts so this is a subjective statement. Once again, we apologize for your unpleasant experience and wish that the situation didn't get this sour for you.

Have ordered two custom tee shirts from them at two separate but close times. First shirt was great. The second one—they used the same photo I uploaded the first time with a minor tweak or two and refuse to refund my money. It is so obvious because the two dogs look nothing alike but the shirts are almost identical. SO DISHONEST and FRUSTRATING!!!

I ordered the foot mat and there is no way it is durable enough to be used as an actual door mat. What a waste of money.

I ordered two mugs the first week in February. I got one of the mugs weeks ago. That one was mine. The other one was for a friend’s birthday. Needless to say I was very disappointed. So until I get that mug I will continue to give a bad review!!
Response from PawsionateMar 1, 2023
Hi Robin, we understand this has been a major disappointment. Our quality control has certainly failed you and we will have to reflect deeply on this. On the other hand, our agent has asked if you wished for a reprint or a refund on the wrong mug received, to which you had agreed to wait. Therefore, we believe we had your agreement on the replacement and there was no hard feelings. We will work harder to make sure mistakes happen as infrequently as possible.
