For international orders, we would like to confirm that we don't make any guarantee of 13-16 calendar days. As for your mention of a delivery charge, please note that this charge goes to our carrier provider and all orders are charged with shipping fee. We don't provide free shipping offer at the moment. While we understand your disappointment, we have processed a full refund as a gesture of empathy, despite it being beyond our regular policy.

We understand that you placed your order past the Father's Day cut-off, and despite being offered both standard and express shipping options at checkout, you chose standard shipping.
