This customer claims that she/he received Unisex/Men shirts instead of Women's despite the fact she/he insisted that the shirts are too tight around the hips. We offered the replacements in Unisex because these will help fix the hip issues.

This customer provided an incorrect shipping address. We have offered to remake and resend him the package with discounted price but he insisted that we have missent his package. He opened a claim with Aramex but provided them with incorrect reference number so they had given him information on a random package. This caused even further confusion.
