Never was told item coming from China and would take over a month to arrive. Never got US tracking until I complained a lot and YUNEXPRESS tracking was terribly updated. Please think twice before ordering

Scam. List shirt at 24.99 but charge $30.99. After scam fee moticed, claim it is 25% markup fir size - lol.

I purchased 2 t shirts - for my wife and daughter. Both faded significantly after one wash. Being in the rag trade myself, I know these were washed according to instructions. I tried to reply to their email, and it was rejected. Would not rate this company's products Simon Adams

I ordered a mug on Dec. 6. It took them 6 days to make the mug & ship it. Except it didn't ship, it just sat there til 12/21. Now it's xmas & the damn mug is still "in transit".

I ordered 2 mugs on December 2nd. They arrived December 12, on December 13 I contacted customer support as both mugs were completely wrong. They let me know they were sorry and would send replacement via 2 day shipping to arrive before Christmas. They did not arrive before Christmas and when I asked for a return, I was told they already worked with me upgrading to 2 day shipping and that returns were not able to happen. Over $60 for two mugs that are less than decent quality and late for Christmas.

Ordered Nov 30th and based on timelines posted on their website the item should have been shipped by Dec 5th. Contacted support and as of Dec 24th the item has not shipped yet. Shop elsewhere and avoid the hassles with company.

Just have to comment on you expecting a customer to reply within 3 hrs, when you email, like we have nothing better to do, especially this time of year. Plus, as I said when I placed my order on Dec 8th & paid your outrageous expedite fee to receive my order before we left on the 15th. Basically I debated if $40 was just too much for a mug. Wish I'd listened to my instinct. Thanks for nothing! Delivering on the 16th did nothing for me. IT'S JUST WRONG!! We're already gone & we have no coffee mug.

Don’t buy from this company. They take your money and don’t deliver. And if you try to contact them they don’t respond. Reply to their reply: they said they would get back to me within 12-48 hours. I waited 4 days before I opened the dispute. The vendor finally wrote me back, after I wrote them on their website, via email, and via Facebook. They demanded proof that I didn’t receive the item. I don’t know how to prove you didn’t receive something, so I photographed the one item I did receive, inside their mailing box, to demonstrate that it wouldn’t fit two items. I heard back from them days later, offering me the option of a refund or a replacement “within 8-14 business days.” Since the cup was bought as a holiday gift, 8-14 days would be too late. Still, I responded saying that I’d started a dispute with my credit card company but would be happy to withdraw the dispute if I were to receive the item. The next communication from them was on this site as well as an email implying that they were going to fight the dispute AND not send the item. I wish them good luck with that. I sent my credit card company all of my correspondence with them. I repeat my initial review - don’t do business with them.
