We echo that the delivery time of the tumbler is 12-17 days and we provide the automatic timer stating the expected delivery time at the top of the product site, right under the product title where we believe customers should be able to see easily. We respond via email with a committed response time of 24-48 hours. You can reach out to us via chat but we do set up bot flow to answer frequently asked questions. But if you find the bot unhelpful, a humane support rep will be assigned to answer you. Besides, an order can only be refunded if it's defective or lost in transit. On the side note, if an item doesn't arrive within the timeframe we guarantee, we can offer partial refund case by case. Apologies again for the disappointment.
