Order was easy and arrived on time, however the quality of the product is poor. The personalisation is good but the base product the sweatshirt is poor quality. It is made of some sort of nylon ribbed material and look more like a pyjama top than a sweat shirt. Sorry to say waste of money and will be going in the bin

Graphics are great but it is definitely not a sweatshirt. Material is thin polyester. Bought as a Christmas present but only useful as a joke item! Overpriced for what it is. Such a shame as print would have been great on a real sweatshirt.

I ordered a Christmas jumper for my husband with a picture of him and the dog on it. The website process is quite detailed - colour of their eyes, glasses what type of dog, etc and the picture is identical to what I expected. What I also expected was a jumper. It’s not a jumper, at best you could call it a pyjama top (polyester, thin material) that the design is printed onto. There’s nothing woolly about it and I don’t think you’d wear it out in public. I think it’s a rip off for the money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else ordering one you do better ask auntie Mabel to knit one for you!

The cup is beautiful. Just one problem - It wasn’t the one I ordered! I got someone else’s order instead If there is a Noelia who has 2 dogs - Dutchy and Pola, I have your cup and it’s adorable! Hopefully someone out there has mine - A girl and her cat, Leela and Tux 🥹

I don't believe I would be so upset if I didn't keep getting a message that because of high volume my order was delayed and then given a date which repeatedly is not met. I ordered a shirt on June 1. Was told it was out for delivery on June 6. Most recently I was told to expect it by June 12. It is now June 21 and I still haven't seen it. If the order is delayed because of Father's Day just say so and give me an approximate delivery date. Don't keep promising it.

My husband loved the mug I bought him for Father's on 6/4/202. The mug has faded from the dishwasher use in less than a year. The ad states it is "dishwasher safe". I emailed the company with a picture of the mug NEW and NOW. I got no response after a month. I posted a negative review stating the above facts. I finally got an email on 5/11/2025 from Doris stating that the warranty was past. No comments about the condition of the mug. She asked if I would like to buy another mug! I have mugs from all over the world that have been in the dishwasher for years. Beware Mugs NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!!

I received the wrong custom order and now it’s taking way too long to receive the correct order . Now I’m hesitant to ever order again .
