My Ornament arrived and the little cat pieces are supposed to move but are instead stuck...I contacted the company, which said it would follow up with me within 2 days....more emails sent and it's been over a week...haven't heard anything....very disappointed in their customer service

Ordered a iPhone 13 cover and mug for my wife for Xmas. On arrival found there was a dent in the bottom of the mug and iPhone case was warped. Surely all products are checked and quality assured before leaving the factory?

I wanted to like this so much but the way the customer service is handling this comes off very scammy. I had ordered it as an anniversary gift and am disappointed in how customer service is handling this. I put a photo of my cat laying upside down on purpose bc his teeth stick out, the designer flipped it upside down and his face looked janky. I only saw the proof AFTER it was shipped. Customer service took over 48 hours to respond back and offered nothing but “sorry. We’ll review our process so it doesn’t occur in the future“. They did not offer to reprint the shirt or offer a refund or anything to fix this issue of a product they sell. Unbelievable to not get customers approval for a custom design and then not offer a way to fix it.

Poor quality clothing. It will likely not last even one wash. The print is bad and cheap looking. Shipping took more than a month. I’m sure all the positive reviews are fake or paid for.

I bought some t shirts and was happy so went ahead and ordered some bespoke blankets, which were not cheap. As mentioned before, order through USA, but all comes from China. These printed fleece blankets were not very good quality and the dye did not work in some areas, which made them very patchy. After contacting and sending pictures clearly showing how bad it was, the response was it is normal thank you and goodbye. It is not normal and looks awful. Others available so try them.
