I have recently ordered a $30 ornament as a gift - the ornament that was sent to me lacked color saturation and needed proper color correction. Everyone’s hair looks red, which is not the case at all. I contacted this company and the decline to replace it because as a customer, I don’t matter.

ordered three items. Was charged for three. Only received one item.

This is a scammers! I order a dec 4th for a customized cup and I never got it, I was tracking it and it keep saying delivered! Delivered! Delivered everyday for 3 days. its been 5days now I tried contacting them and they never respond. I just wasted my money and I even gave tips. Terrible sick fake company.

Was excited to purchase sweater's for Christmas with my dog and when finally got the order, the material is so cheap, that I cant even give it as a Christmas gift, so disappointed. When asked for return and refund, no response.

They are horrible and customer service is terrible. I received my cup broken and this was a gift from my kids to their mother. I reached out to them to send me another one no answer. They also send me another cup in my order a man doggy style his wife and my kids saw this cup. No idea why they would send me that cup. They are horrible. Becareful hopefully your stuff doesn’t break cause you won’t get your refund or a replacement!!!

Worst company ever. I bought a Christmas present for my brand new niece in November. Apparently they shipped it from another country and all their tracking keeps saying is the package is on its way. Don’t even know if it will be here before Christmas and they live on the other side of the country so if it isn’t here when they visit for Christmas i will have to ship it to them-if it ever shows up

They sent my gift for christmas to the wrong building, wrong unit number, didn't get back to me for almost a week. They don't have a customer service phone number like Amazon. When the company figured out their mistake they asked if I could knock on there door, a stranger's door and ask, "Hey did you grab a stolen package that belongs to me." Basically putting a crippled soldier in harms way. Please don't buy anything from them, 80-20 percent chance that you might not get your package. Said hey we're busy, so lookout for your package in another 12-17 days, no express shipping for their screw up, no discount. Guess how many people i'll refer to there company, none. If anything I will make sure people don't use the website which was found on facebook.

I ordered a mug for my daughter for Christmas on Thanksgiving. I never received an email confirmation, even though my credit card was charged. Here it is, almost 3 weeks later. No mug. No responses to email or phone calls. Nothing. I am out over $40 and can't get the company to respond back to me. Horrible, horrible customer service.
