PawsionateReviews of pawsionate.com

travel mug. I ordered my wife a travel mug with a photo of herself and our puppy Baxter, and neither image was on the travel mug. This company is truly garbage. I wont ever recommend them to anyone. This was a true waste of money. Never again.

2 months package never arrived, this is after they had a typo and refused to fix it (due to their late reponse) did not replace until 1 week of emailing back and forth. Replacement has not arrived and the customer support team is absolute trash. I asked for a refund as its now january and i ordered a christmas ornament. And was told tough luck its on the shipping company now. And they go with Straightship which is known to have a terrible track record and has a one star rating.

Super slow shipping. They printed a shipping label, then waited a week to ship it. I ordered something from China the same day, it beat this order to my house shipping from mainland China.

My phone case was a cheap knockoff. 1-D bad print, not a glossy bubbly case. Very disappointing

Pawsionate was very helpful with emails daily until it was late. No updates no nothing. These people are scamming the American public. Fake reviews, fake everything. They ARE NOT US based as they claim. @instagram, @facebook should stop all of their advertisements. There was a Chinese company doing the same thing with Ariat and Carhart products. They deserve ZERO STARS but you have to select one to leave a review. Do Not spend your hard earned money with these people.

Sent a defectively printed POLYESTER 🤢 sweatshirt, ironed names on wrinkles causing misprint, very slow to reply, cheap Chinese junk

Ordered item for Christmas over a month ago, but it has not arrived. When I attempt to track it, it says "it's on the way".

Ordered a tumbler December 3 for Christmas. Last tracking update was December 13 in Chicago. Its now been 23 days (the Pony Express delivered in 10 days). Missed Christmas. Reached out to Pawsionate and have had no response...
