Terrible ! I don’t think they are legit ! I tried ordering a mug . After I personalized it …. It was showing a completely different mug than what I ordered . So I sent them an email . They told me that I was probably selecting beer instead of the wine option. I know how to read . I definitely am pushing the wine option . It also has a different blonde girl and 2 cats on it . I pushed the 1 cat … black haired girl . Then they just keep saying they’re fixing other people’s issues so there might be a delay. I can imagine they have a lot of problems to fix… Considering the response that I got. I don’t think these reviews are legit that have them at four and five stars!

I am not sure if all these 5 & 4-star reviews are legit, but I placed two orders on 2/6/2025, and the following day, I woke up to a bunch of fraudulent transactions against my Credit Card from across the nation. This is why I "rarely," if ever, buy online from unknown sources. If you buy from them, think twice about using your credit card.

Get ready to wait....and wait....and wait.....and wait....and wait. Almost 2 months to get my order which is just absolutely crazy. Oh man I will never use this stupid place again. And the quality is total garbage. Worst experience ever.

Ordered a travel mug. Loved it at first. After a few uses the plastic cover has cracked in two places. Have only hand washed.

I ordered a women's LARGE. After one washing it shrunk to a SMALL. After sending them pictures of the shrunken shirt at their request, they ignored any further emails. BEWARE: I have gotten better quality shirts at Cozumel '5 for $20'.

I ordered 12 custom ornaments and only received nine. These were for my team of 12. When I receive my order, I quickly reached out to the company to ask them to send me the other three so I could send out the gifts to my entire team and not leave anyone out. The customer service experience was horrible. I asked for a refund And they offered a partial, which I refused since I could not send out any of the ornaments . Then they said they would send me three mugs. I never ordered mugs. Do not trust this company. They are terrible.

WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN. I ordered 2 custom print short sleeve PJ dresses. The quality of the print is good but the material is cheap. Size not good and the item is significantly bigger than advised. Ordered a large however it is easily a XXL (although no size on garment). Delivery process was very poor with long periods between delivery status updates online. Communication and support was terrible. Item was ordered in November for a Xmas present and didn’t arrive until the 8th of January. Tried to get some form of support or communication from Pawsionate but got NOTHING! Even after multiple emails etc have not received any form of apology for the long delays and missing Xmas. Very disappointing experience and the product was not good quality. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN.

I ordered a personalized mug for my wife as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. It was allegedly delivered in January, but not to my address. I ordered it to the Republic of Ireland, yet according to the delivery tracking, it was sent to Canada! When I contacted the company, they tried to charge me an extra $15 for reshipping and refused to refund me or resend the item to the correct address. This feels like a scam! I strongly advise avoiding these criminals!
