I placed my order on April 30th 35 it is now June 16th. I have not received my item yet! Takes a week or more for company to respond to emails, they say due to high volume, Red flag! They say that they will send a mn ew item and immediately issue a email stating that they consider the matter closed. Company is a scam!

Package was supposedly delivered but I never received it.

I ordered a tumbler for Father's Day.. Ordered 5/21.. said it was delivered 6/4.. but it was not.. the post office doesn't recognize the tracking number and I have no way to find out who was supposed to delivered it. So disappointing. And out $39! Do not order from this company.. must be a scam!😭

I purchased a coffee mug the pictures are beautiful but unfortunately they are only stickers they are not stuck on straight and not stuck properly so cannot be used as soon as I tried to wash it everything came off. Very disappointing.

I ordered because it said Laguna Beach. Then it said it was being produced in Oregon. Now my shipping says it’s coming from China. If I wanted some cheap Chinese crap, I would have ordered cheap Chinese crap. Total bait and switch. Never again.

I've ordered a phone case, for the price they charge I would expect in a mint condition, it came all scratched. I've send them an email, 6 days later I still get automatic replay to wait for an answer. Case looks cute but unfortunately it will not protect phone if it falls. If you consider buying, then just skip this one.

UPDATE: After doing some further research, I found that the address that this company has filed here on TP and on their website actually doesn't exist What can I say? I should have known. These popped up in my Insta feed and drew my attention with the bright colours and the fun images, it screams Scam doesn't it.. well I ignored the red flags and ordered anyway. 87 Euro later I press "Order" and receive an email confirming the order, however it is 7 pages long offering me discount codes, showing me more products before, at the bottom finally showing me my order. I see the "Track my order" link and just for fun I click it, mistake. I get taken to -17TRACK- which automatically sends my phones security into spasms due to it wanting to send me more notifications than a just out of the box xiaomi phone. but actually gives me no tracking information. It tells me my parcel is in transit (Funny seeing that I only ordered 3 minutes ago). I wait .. and wait.. and wait and after no change in this status I contact Pawsionate through their email to which I get nothing for 2 days, but then I get an answer, stating they are extremely busy, but they will answer me in 48 hours, So I wait.. and wait.. only to get yet another email stating they are so sorry, but they are still busy and to please give them another 48 hours... we are now 40 hours into that 48 hour wait and still nothing so.. I wait. and my tracking information still hasn't updated. I should have known better but yea, stupidity got the better of me, don't be the same, give this one a wide berth.

Cheap merchandise and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
