All I get is emails telling me my items has been "dispatched" but after 8 emails telling me this sent over two weeks, still no sign of my item. I think it could be a con! - Just be careful

It's a really really poor quality. Definitely not a jumper. Extremely disappointed of the poor quality of print and material, it's defintely something I could buy for $5 if it's not less, not even close to what's described and displayed on the website. How can I return this? I've sent an email and definitely want a reimbursement. For the price charged it could be possible to produce something much better. Extremely disappointing. Edit: Company offering a 30% refund knowing that the product itself worth nothing and the quality is terrible. A huge regret! I'll never buy more.

Je viens de recevoir un produit qui est une suspension de sapin avec nos têtes et nos chats en mode impression couleur sur bois. La couleur ne me plaît pas du tout ainsi que l'impression sur papier glacé mat. C'est fade, ça n'est pas lumineux du tout et franchement ça ne vaut absolument pas les 17 ou 18 euros que j'ai payé. C'est complètement à côté de ce que j'imaginais. Passez votre chemin car c'est bien trop cher et la qualité est moindre. J'ai donc voulu me faire rembourser comme l'indique le site. Et je pouvais re voyer le produit si ils le voulaient mais non pas de renvoi de produit pour plus d'écologie. Juste une photo de ce qui ne va pas et le remboursement s'applique donc est justifié. J'ai donc envoyé la preuve et on me dit qu'il n'y aura pas de remboursement total mais partiel car ils estiment que ça n'est pas vrai ce que je dis ! Une honte ce site

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Received what was supposed to be a sweat shirt, but turned out to be some cheap thin top not a sweat shirt. I have emailed as I want a refund for miss selling, AND THEY START THAT USUAL THING OF OFFERING YOU A PERCENTAGE of your money back. YOU COULD BUY THAT TOP FROM THE MARKET FOR £3.00 IT IS NOT A SWEAT SHIRT AS ADVERTISED. You would not buy it if it were in front of you for that money. They live in cloud coco land. Decided to deal with my bank - usual rip off for britts - DONT BUY ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK IT IS ALL SCAMS AND ALL RUBBISH!

I never got my delivery, but I have just realised I was scammed, did you know their is a company working out of China with the same name.

Order a Christmas jumper with my pets on it! Delivery was quick considering I live in the UK. The quality is absolutely terrible! Its cheap see through material, bit of it arent sewn right and there are lines all the way down the jumper. The print quality is terrible too. I have emailed the company to request a replacement that actually looks like it does online as it is a lovely idea but i paid £35 for this and it is just awful.

this parcel travelled around the world for 7 months as it had the wrong address on it. But instead of asking about the address they continued to put it back in the post (as it was returned to sender) and send it on another trip. Finally, the mistake was picked up after almost 7 months and now they want $37 to reprint the hat (even though they have it as it was returned to them!) Horrible company don't shop from them.

Not as described, despite their terms stating return or refund, they offered a 30% refund, thin, very tacky quality, con artists.
