Took a month and a half for the order to arrive and i had to chase them twice. On top of this the fabric is terrible. Not really wearable in cold weather as you would normally wear Xmas jumper

Ordered a ladies Tshirt and the sizing was not as ordered. I would not recommend this company, as its misleading with not posting the right sizes. Also the customer service is not good. Little compassion for their error.

We ordered a product and the pawsionate site replaced the shipping address with the billing address. Customer services told us to go pound sand. Mistakes happen but it's how they deal with them that separates a good experience from a bad one. When things go good I'm sure these guys are OK but when things go bad? Not so much. Avoid.

They have said its been delivered, and nothing, I really had a feeling this site was maybe a scam, I think I was right. I know its only £25 I have lost, but it means I now have to change my bank account and find another gift, JUST READ THE REPLY WHICH SEEMS TO BE A STANDARD REPLY. AND YES I HAVE TO CONTACT MY BANK, YOU STOLE MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY PRODUCT AND YOU HAVE ALL MY DETAILS

I ordered 2 mats separately to 2 different addresses. One mat arrived the 2 mat was delivered to a incorrect address in a completely different State. I have been trying to resolve this issue and this company is not taking responsibility for it’s delivery error and they have not rectified this problem! Meanwhile they have my 57.00 dollars for my missing mat of my pet!

I have no problem with the ordering, updates or delivery. The product itself is cheap Chinese tat. I purchased a printed mug and it is chunky and cheap, the print is very poor, the name wording is very pale, not bold like it shows on the website and barely stands out. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I will not be gifting it as it looks terrible. I paid over £23 with delivery for a cup which is probably worth £2 if you're lucky. Very disappointed with the poor quality and would never purchase from this company again.

The company was insisting they delivered my order, but ended up, they delivered to wrong address. Completely wrong building. They would not work with me in getting the merchandise replaced. They said it was delivered, too bad.
