Great tracking notifications, terrible product sweater is paper thin material and very poor quality. Customer service offered 30% refund as a goodwill gesture but id rather warn people not to buy their terrible sweater product

Christmas Ornament arrived completely broken, my Daughter's head had snapped off and the 2025 was in half. I emailed with photo evidence and was promised a full refund. 2 weeks later and no refund has been received, plus all attempts at communication are now being ignored.

The product I paid a ridiculous $38 for is NOT what was pictured on the website. The dinky pale image printed as a transfer and ironed on to the hat is ridiculously small. Not what is pictured on the web site. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

You will 100 % NOT be happy with the quality. Its a very cheap plastic looking material and thin. My order took forever so good luck in ordering for xmas. From China obviously. Then to ask me to contact their customer support team 12 days after my review.
