Ornament came. Accidentally left it in during the night. Batteries ran out. Totally fell apart when I replaced batteries

1. Very difficult website to use, constantly trying to add more 'services' onto the order 2. Got my credit card info wrong, actually used someone else name?!? Could not get the name on the payment card and the 'ship to' name right. 3. Discount codes are a joke, built into the price WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!

Have a Christmas item ordered weeks ago and it’s still not arrived. Replacement may take us up to just before Christmas. They said due to order volume. Wouldnt recommend ordering anything before Christmas

I received the item already damaged. The printing was terrible and there were pieces missing from the printing on the mug. I contacted the company on the same day of the delivery asking for a refund and return. I sent them pictures of the damage. The company emailed me back stating they would have to contact the production company. How is that helpful to the customer? It's not my problem, its theres. I will be taking it further as they are clearly not willing to issue a refund.

I placed my order Oct. 24th for 3 sweaters/t-shirts for Christmas 2025 and never received it. After a month, I reached out to customer service to tell them I had not received my order and ask for a tracking number. They said they followed up with the carrier and asked me to let them know in 7 days if it does not arrive. After 4 days they sent me an email and said they “closed my ticket.” I wrote back twice and they don’t respond. I have to file a claim now with Visa. The merchandise was never received. This is a scam site. DO NOT ORDER FROM PAWSIONATE. It said it comes from California on the site. It is a SCAM.

Bought Christmas sweatshirt quality of material was so bad that I thought this is a scamI would never ever wear it quality so bad I’d be too embarrassed contacted customer services for refund absolutely no chance only offer was money off I took if because usual Chinese company policy I though I was dealing with an American company but no chance wouldn’t ha bought it if I’d known it was Chinese company

I placed an order on October 31st way in time to receive it for Christmas but have never received my order. Extremely disappointed. Update 2025-12-09 : after reaching out I did receive a refund. Thank you.

Not received goods. After waiting 5 weeks, messaged to find out where my order was. They said they disposed of it as I didn’t give my house number (provided address, email , phone number). Other companies would not let you proceed if you missed something out such as a house number. So not sure if this is my error or theirs. No one contacted me to ask for house number , just apparently disposed of my two jumpers (£58 with delivery). When I emailed, they said if I pay another £35 they would send the goods (apparently remake them!!) Numerous emails and they are not interested, just an automated message saying the address is wrong. Tracking now says they have delivered the goods but I have not received them. Very disappointing as this was a Christmas gift. Most companies would do their utmost to deliver, knowing it is personalised and a Christmas gift. I will update if the company either reimburses me or delivers the goods. Very sad indeed! I was really looking forward to this gift. And please see the reply below from ‘Pawsionate’ - I have emailed a number of times over a week. Still refusing to deliver and just want me to pay an extra £35. So no interest in resolving the situation….. I have also filled out a form on the below web page but again no response. I am unable to reply to your response below……… After filling out the complaint form again as you suggested below, I have waited the 48 hours and again no response from you (11/12/25). So this reply below is just to make it look as though the company want to resolve and sort my order…………. Very poor and trying to deceive people reading these comments.
