After waiting 10 day I received someone elses product. There is not a phone number to call to correct the situation. They sent multipled promotioal emails every day. They should spend more time on customer service and less in promotion.

Total scam item didn’t arrive and says it’s another $20 to have it resent

They take your money, claim to be in USA, send plenty updates all same, so as I say take your money then order product from china at a quarter of price and you get Chinese rubbish. Well supposed to get Chinese rubbish but nothing arrives.They answer e mails up until they run out of lies.So your orders come from china your charged inflated prices and get sometimes rubbish.SCAM

Never received the order! I order the item THREE WEEKS AGO. It was promised between 12/11 through 12/16/2025!! I filed two complaints with Pawsionate. Then I filed a claim with my bank to reverse payment I made. J.R.

The item took a long time to arrive not a major problem but when it arrived it was incomplete (no lighting mechanism) so I made a complaint which has been pretty much ignored apart from them asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund, I asked for a refund but have heard nothing since!

La min beställning den 26 november. Lovad leveranstid 6 december på deras hemsida vid köptillfället. Fick nytt leveransbesked. Nu lovades det den 11-16 December. Den 18 kom nästa besked att leverans skulle ske om 3-7 dagar. Riktigt dåligt.

Purchased a travel mug for my wife. After 4 weeks the flippy lid broke off. Plastic splintered and it was done. Contacted customer service and they despatched a replacement. 8 weeks later after very light and infrequent use the replacement is starting to splinter. Sent photo off and the reply was ‘it basically must be me’ and they’ll send another but no more! I replied to say it cost me over 25quid so there is a fit for purpose clause in uk. Rated a 3 as cup is great just no chiffon good if you gonna wear ur coffee. I’m reluctant to purchase anything else. Updated is customer service will not supply replacement lid for faulty replacement they sent 9 weeks use average 2x a week. 18 coffees. Not good. Chasing through credit card was actually £30 and change. Wouldn’t normally bother but their lack of empathy for my wife’s failed gift proper riled me. Proceed with caution- I can’t be the only one
