I was not happy with the pajama set I bought for my husband from Pawsionate and I commented the size beins smaller than the normal US size and the low quality of the pajama to Pawsionate. Pawsionate immediately contacted me by email asking the details. At the end, Pawsionate offered me a replacement. I was impressed with Pawsionate's customer care.

My wife and I are very very satisfied with the personalized sleepshirt for our two year old granddaughter in Great Britain. The process and delivery were seamless and prompt, and the sleepshirt fabric sturdy looking and beyond cute, with her name, blonde hair, and her two named Vizsla hounds. We look forward to surprising her with the sleepshirt when we travel overseas to the UK in October.

I can really recommend this company. Was a bit worried in the beginning as I experienced scams before ...... BUT - the shirt is sooooo nice 😍 good quality, delivery was super fast !! If I need pet presents again, I would definitely choose PAWSIONATE !!
