The long sleeve sweatshirt is very comfortable. Your form to select the pictures and options are very thorough. How about providing additional options where the customer can provide the pictures?

They do communicate very well with shipping and tracking your order. When I had an issue they emailed right back very timely.

The shirt was my favorite gift for my husband... expressed him and the cat perfectly! Took a bit too long to get to me, though; was worried it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas.

I purchased 4 shirts. The first three I was very happy with. Nice print, my dogs pics were a little dark, but all in all pretty nice. The fourth shirt arrived today and disappointed the background and my dogs pic was blurry, don't even have time to send it back as it's a Christmas gift. Pic was taken of same dog, same lighting with same camera. Just got it today and sent pawsionate an email.
