Ordered a coffee cup for a gift and the wrong name was put on the cup. I have already reported this problem but not hearing back from anyone so yes I’m unhappy

I ordered a mens x tra large shirt. It is a youth x tra large shirt and will not be a great present. Infact, I will not even give it to the receiver. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I want a full refund!!!

I ordered 2 hats from this company on November 30th. They have been out for delivery since December 17th and somehow the delivery company can't find my address. So I am not sure if it's the company or the delivery service. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

Una vergogna assoluta!!!! Ordine fatto il 29 novembre ad oggi 23 dicembre ancora non arriva!!!! Una maglia di Natale che poi è un regalo non è arrivata ed ancora è al nord Italia!!!! Mi scrivono che si prevede arrivi tra 3/7 giorni!!!! MAI PIÙ

All the 1 star reviews are right. No communication through email. Getting different messages about other peoples purchases and deliveries. Ordered Dec 1 and it’s still in another state. All the reviews and around the same time so there must be a many problems currently.

Placed my order Nov 16th, still waiting , its Dec 21st now and its still stuck in customs at LAX. I guess I'm not getting my gift to give someone in time for Christmas. I'm so upset.

Shipping dates were wrong, no communication, have not received my order. It’s a scam for sure.
