I ordered some personalized ornaments back in early October. My credit card was charged 10/16/2023 and the shipment was sent. It somehow was lost, showing it arrived in the USA with duties unpaid. I worked with two reps (Mollie and Lucie) to get a new order reprinted. I am pleased to say that all 4 arrived today and they are beautiful!! Thank you Pawsionate!!!
