Most excellent and bestest customer service ever!!! My mug arrived broken (UPS) the handle snapped off. I was so bummed so I immediately emailed the company. I received a response the very next day and they were printing another and sending it out!! I did send photos of the mug broken. I have my husband the broken one so he could see and I just received the replacement mug today—5 DAYS AFTER LETTING THEM KNOW!!! And with holiday in between!! It’s so nice to work with such a responsive group of people. And if you don’t respond another person reaches out. I will definitely support and shop this company and share with my friends!!

This was my first time ordering. I will definitely be a repeat customer here. The order process & was so easy very user friendly. The tee shirts are made well & the pic I had put on was so clear, it looked just like the pic. They arrived on time. They made awesome gifts.

This is a great way to remember your pet. High quality materials and fun artwork. (A bit expensive, but worth it).
