Excellent product, so well made. Only one problem, snaps are a little too heavy duty hard to snap.

Ordering the seat was easy. It came in the mail very quickly! Much quicker than I had expected. Our girl loves it! She loves that she can sit up high and see everything that we see. And she loves being close to us while we’re driving too! It’s also very comforting to know that she safe if something were to happen.

We love it. Very sturdy and my puppy love it! He rides and can see out now and really enjoys the ride now.

We are on a trip from Texas to Georgia and our Yorkie and Morkie love their seats. My Yorkie has the consol seat and the morkie has the bigger one. They are so comfortable and have been a pleasure to take on this trip. Than you paw seats for a great product!

I received a PawSeat as a puppy shower gift for my soon to be new puppy. The person that bought it for me did not open it when he received it and wrapped it as a gift. We decided to open it a couple of weeks before we got the puppy and discovered there was no safety straps included. No way to connect it to the head rests. Both myself and the person that bought it contacted the company. Apparently we were 2 days late after the purchase date and the company never bothered to even respond to either of us. We weren't trying to return it.We were just trying to get the straps that were supposed to come with it. This is absolutely useless now and a huge waste of money. Horrible customer service. Like none at all.. I was going to buy a couple more of these for our other vehicles but forget that.
