Not only was the service excellent but the product is exactly as advertised! My dog loves it. Nice quality. It sits her up nice and high so she can see but close to me so she’s content. It holds her comfortably so she feels secure but can still stand and stretch when she needs to. I’m so glad I bought it.

It took over 3 weeks for the seat to arrive. Upon arrival I installed the seat in my vehicle for my miniature dachshund. The seat is too short to accommodate my miniature dachshund and the snaps that hold the front of the seat closed keep coming undone while I'm driving. I tried to return the seat for a refund. I had 2 choices: keep the seat to gift to someone else and get a 50% refund or return the seat for a full refund. Unfortunately to return the seat for a full refund you have to pay for shipping it to California. The cost of shipping was more than half of what I paid for the seat. So I am stuck with just a 50% refund for a seat I can't use and don't feel I can give to anyone because the front flap will not stayed closed.

Hi Maryanna, Katy from PawSeat here. First off, thank you so much for trusting us with your order! And I'm so incredibly sorry that the experience you've had shopping with us wasn't excellent, both due to the long delay and the unsatisfactory performance of the snaps on the PawSeat you've received. Since you've placed your order, we've moved our fulfilment to the US completely and have been offering 1-4 business day shipping for free – I'm very sorry you've had to wait for such a long time for your order to arrive. And, most importantly, I'm very sorry that the solution our team has offered wasn't satisfactory. We'd be more than happy to make it right so that you're 100% satisfied with your shopping experience – be sure to send us another email to [email protected] and we'll be sure to resolve this! Best wishes, Katy

The PawSeat is by far a superior product to any that I have seen. Your dog is secure, safe and comfortable all while being able to see their surroundings. I highly recommend. Customer service response time was fast and more than accommodating. You will not be disappointed.

My bichon pup really enjoys her PawSeat. She sits and looks out or falls asleep. Seat comfortable for both. Donna
