Shannon and Amanda were ever so helpful. I shared my frustrations with Shannon and she helped me understand why. She is a great person to have as your travel representative! She is patient and kind. I liked her personality thought the messages. She's sweet. Amanda helped me understand what I was confused on and she was patient as well! Both are great, you'd be lucky have them both. Now I have Lucy, the adorable beagle puppy who is so shy and sweet. This is the best place to find a puppy and best of all, they don't like puppy mills either! Thank you both!

I bought a puppy with them and this team was very professional. After having been scammed when attempting to buy a puppy on another website; this team (Shannon, Amanda and Beth) were very refreshing to work with. They quickly answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. At every step of the process we were in constant communication and that was a relief. They even helped me go meet the breeder to pick up my new puppy in person. I definitely recommend them.

This is my second attempt at a positive review. I found everything about my puppy purchase excellent. My vet, Theresa Hetrick DVM had high praise for the breeder, Michele Bowden of Ozark Mountain Puppies and so do I. The 72 hour wellness check was impossible to do here south Seattle. Washington State is a importer of puppies and Covid 19 has jugged up vet services. Also, I could have used a heads up on the plastic ties (I am glad they were used).

After having been scammed by what I thought was a reputable breeder I turned to Pawrade to have a layer of safety, i.e. an agency that vets and vouches for its breeders. I fell in love with a little great dane girl...the rest is history. The process was super smooth and the communication went well - I received multiple calls and emails educating me about the process and how to care for the new arrival. The transport had a couple of hiccups but Shannon, the coordinator, was on top of it and updated me in real time. After the first flight was cancelled and, on the rescheduled flight a day later, the airline 'forgot' to put the pup on the connecting flight so that she had to board a later flight, Shannon talked to the airline and the people responsible for animal transport and assured me that my pup was indeed finally on a plane. FInally I could pick the little pup up and it was one of THE best moments. She is adorable and settling in well. I can only recommend going with Pawrade - from the first call and conversation with the concierge (who was always available to help and answer questions later in the process, too) to the follow up after the arrival it was an excellent experience!

The Pawrade experience was truly 5-star! Every detail in the company’s description about the adoption process and which services the company will provide when are 100% accurate. When I saw Drake, the puppy I ended up adopting, as a 5-week old chocolate blue eyed cocker spaniel on their web page I immediately knew I wanted this dog. I completed the email info on myself and put info about my past 20 years of owning eight rescue cocker spaniels. A very caring representative named Devlyn texted and called me back and in detail explained the whole process to me on getting Drake from the breeder, who happened to be located in Missouri (I live on the East Coast in Connecticut). He also answered all my questions. After this phone conversation and thinking about it for a night, I reserved Drake the next morning by submitting my down payment. As the next step, a travel representative named Renee first texted and then we set up a phone call to explain the exact travel procedure. Renee was very informative and extremely helpful with all my concerns and questions. She even made a special call to the breeder to let me ask questions and details on Drake. The breeder was so informative on her breeding procedures and the raising of Drake until he leaves for his new home. The breeder assured me Drake would arrive safely from St. Louis via a direct flight to New York City’s LaGuardia airport, where we would pick him up. Renee was then with me through the whole experience; she not only let me know the flight info about a week before his travel but also the exact time he left the breeder on his day of travel. In return, I let her know when he arrived safely at LaGuardia, where we picked him up at the cargo terminal. Renee was highly caring and totally honest on steps to get Drake. I chose May 5th, 2021, as arrival date for Drake. Of course, I was nervous to have a dog flying on an airplane, freshly separated from his mother, which was why we made sure he had the shortest direct flight possible. The airline, American, did actually a great job delivering Drake to me. Miraculously, the flight left St. Louis 7 minutes early and arrived in LaGuardia 20 minutes ahead of time. The process at the cargo terminal was smooth and Drake was delivered healthy, safe, and absolutely clean in a great carrying plastic crate that had a small food bowl and a separate water bowl build in about 25 minutes after the plane had landed. The door was additionally secured with multiple plastic strips against any accidental opening, which a nice lady from American cut off for us when we received the crate so we could immediately embrace our new baby. All of Drake’s paperwork was attached to the crate in a big envelop. The breeder even sent a personal note to congratulate me on my purchase of one of her prized puppies! The ride home, about 90 minutes from the airport, was also smooth, with Drake in his crate. Drake, which of course was somewhat scared what was going on, didn’t seem overly frightened or traumatized from the travel experience, as demonstrated that he settled in at our house quickly. To summarize, if you want to find a puppy, Pawrade is an ideal place to get one specifically if you have a specific breed and, within the breed, color or look in mind that would be difficult to find with local breeders. You are in great hands with this company. They are totally honest, and your puppy will come from a professional breeder and not a puppy mill (well, at least our puppy came from a super caring breeder that talked to me twice for over 30 minutes each, explaining all the great things they are doing to socialize the puppy with humans and other dogs, allowing them to play, giving them rides in a car, etc.). Assuming my experience is the norm and not the exception, I highly recommend Pawrade and I will use them again when we are ready to get a brother for Drake once he is old enough. Thank you, Pawrade!
