The whole staff involved was extremely helpful in helping with the decision and process of getting a new puppy! They were always in contact and updating me on the process and Shannon and Beth were always there to help and answer questions on the way! The puppy arrived safely and healthy and we are enjoying every minute together!

The experience with Pawrade was great, We have an amazing, loving, playful puppy. Lacey (Zelda) is an amazing puppy, she is currently housebreaking and is doing amazing. The breeder met up with us at a location we agreed to do the transaction, through Pawrade, we avoided scammers online and fake breeders who wanted to steal our money. Thank You, Pawrade...O.P

I finally was able to talk my wife into getting a puppy. So I did some research and found Pawrade. Pawrade was great. I requested info and Shannon B got back to me very quickly. The whole process was very easy. Any questions asked were immediately answered. Renee the travel concierge was a huge help. Some hiccups along the way, nothing to do with her but only to do with the puppy herself and the weather. Renee tried to figure alternatives but it all worked out! She kept us updated throughout. Both Shannon B and Renee are extremely professional and it was a pleasure working with them.

5 stars! Very responsive and helpful. I had requests for pictures of the parents and other questions about the arrival of our a Belgian Malinois and was promptly replied to each time even though the company is on the East Coast and I was on Pacific time. Many thanks to Shannon especially for all her help. We are very happy with our fur child and it is evident the health and well being of the dogs are paramount. Would highly recommend.

I recently recieved my new fur baby and he is just adorable. I had my suspicions using an online source and not all of the reviews helped in that regard but decided to give it a try. I put down a deposit for an upcoming litter for a male labradoodle. Tiffany, the breeder was just awesome and even agreed that if there was not a male that Interested me that I could move my deposit to the next litter. She also helped answer several of my questions, sent pictures of all the boys initially and then every 1-2weeks. When I asked for a video to narrow my choice, she accomodated me that same day. Once I made my choice, she still sent updated pictures. Shannon with pawrade was also excellent. She kept in contact with me and even called to go over specifics with the new puppy, what I needed to do and have on hand as well as sending a confirmation email with everything we discussed. The only area that I was slightly disappointed in was the way in which they traveled to bring the puppy to me. You pay for the delivery and you pay extra if they have to fly the puppy to you. So, why would you fly standby? I do understand it is cheaper and right now on United, standby is free (not sure of the other airlines). However, I paid extra for him to be flown to me and would have expected a ticketed flight, not standby so that the time was set. The arrangements did get changed as the flight they were looking at did not have any seats and so an earlier flight was taken. I feel like I should have been notified prior to the day before the flight that they used standby so that I could have been better prepared. This is the only thing that I would have changed as everything else was perfect. I do appreciate that the breeder expects a flight nanny to accompany the puppies. Thanks Tiffany and Shannon, I got a wonderful puppy.

They advertised puppies as AKC registered but that’s a lie. Bought my dog in September was never given AKC papers. Contacted the breeder and he stopped returning my text. Contacted Pawrade, and they too have given me the cold should and strung me along for more than 6 months. I got- the papers were mailed to me, to let me contact the breeder. Which is it? The last time I called I was asked if I’m sure I bought a pup from them, my chase credit card statement says yes. I guess they realize was taking this further so suddenly they got dumb. If they were upfront I would have been ok because I love myself dog and don’t care about the papers, but it’s the lies and time wasting, and not to mention I paid for an AKC registered dog. I asked if they have ever had a customer not get papers for a dog and they said no Im the first. The breeder had other puppies selling on their site, so those people got papers and I did not? Look out for the breeder is a scam and Pawrade is aiding in his scam.

Getting our new puppy was easy. All the paperwork and vet checks were with proof, was able to track my puppy through the courier service and Pawrade answered all my questions and gave me tips for puppy care.
