Our puppy is perfect! We couldn’t be happier!!!! Shannon B and Renee were awesome, and so helpful during our experience

Overall we had a great experience, and would recommend Pawrade to all of our family and friends. Shannon was so helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to keep us at ease from the beginning to the end. Our puppy arrived in excellent condition and she is just as adorable in person as online, Lola aka Speckles will be loved tremendously & spoiled daily. Thank you so much for restoring our trust, we already love our new fur baby 💚

They made the puppy-buying process very easy. Answered all of our questions and we ended up with an amazing puppy! Definitely recommend.

Pawrade did a great job giving us a list of everything we would need to be prepared. That said, we went out and bought the specified food for our pups only to have them delivered with a different type of food. Also we were told the puppies would come with a blanket and toy that smelt like mom; didn't happen. Pups are awesome though and I'm glad we were able to get what we wanted.

Everything was done with a warm and professional manner

We have never used this type of system for adopting our previous "babies". We found Pawrade to be a reliable, professional, and compassionate company. Renee our travel concierge and Shannon B our concierge were great. Each of these individuals helped us deal with our anxiety in addressing this type of process and truly cared about how we were doing as we awaited our newest family member. The travel company which brought our puppy Kingston aka L'il Bit were truly caring people who sent pictures every day of travel from Indiana to Southern California. I would recommend all of them in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful service your puppy is delivered to your door with daily updates and pictures. Renee is warm and faithfully delivered our pup early. Kudos!!!
