Overall I am very pleased with Pawrade. I got a wonderful new puppy so I am happy. The main issue I had was with communication. Both the Adoption and Travel concierges stopped responding to me before I got my puppy. Jennifer never sent more photos when asked. And when I never heard anything about my puppy on the day he was supposed to be picked up from the breeder, I reached out to Renee, but she never responded to me. The delivery people did eventually reach out and they were great with responding. Also the 72 hour initial check up is hard to schedule in advance, since the delivery date is not 100 percent accurate. I would recommend Pawrade since in the end you will get a happy and healthy puppy.

Nash is great, well taken care of and he is a wonderful extension to my family. I can not imagine not having him. It has been great working with you all, very professional, kind and informative. Thank you for helping me acquire Nash!!!!!

Just got my little angel from them. The process is expensive and scary but the staff are extremely helpful, comforting and responsive!

Parade excellent but do not use pampered transportation horrifying puppy wasn’t let out of van in 55 hours!!!!

The entire team has been very accessible and prompt and customer service oriented throughout the entire process. It has made finding a pure-bred puppy and getting her home so easy. Kacey even called To follow up and make sure everything is ok with our pup after all of the transactions were paid for and complete. This is a very professional service and highly trustworthy!
