Easy process and great pup!

Pawrade was communicative and transparent throughout our entire experience. Our Aussiedoodle is perfect in every single way and we have Pawrade to thank for such a great job with getting her to our home.

Absolutely Amazing!! We had such a great experience with all of the communication in order to get Dolli and she is precious! (Golden Retriever). Easiest adoption/buying process I have ever been through for an animal. Will recommend and possibly use in the future!

There was constant communication between us and everyone involved in the health/care and transportation of our new puppy. Even now after having him home, we still have the breeder and Pawrade checking up on him which is great. This shows that they truly care about the health and wellness of the puppies.

From beginning to end, everyone was so communicative and great. The carrier from puzzle pieces was also great and filled us with updates and details throughout the trip to us. We are so happy Sajee has made it home to us safe and sound.

I purchased my Bernese Mountain Dog Ben/Brandon (Now Raider) from Pawrade. Positives: The first part of the process was fantastic. Everything flowed smoothly and communication was great. My travel concierge Renee was awesome and helped me through the ins and outs and many changes to the transportation process. Once I heard from the carrier driver, he kept me up to date well and delivered a happy puppy who appeared to be healthy and well cared for. Several Issues: 1 - There was a significant gap in communication after I was told he was being picked up from the breeder that day (a message Saturday morning) until the owner of the carrier called me Monday afternoon. For over 48 hours, I was unaware of my puppy's whereabouts and condition. 2 - Carrier informed me the breeder provided a significantly insufficient amount of food for Raider's journey and had to supplement from food he had for other dogs. 3 - At Raider's initial vet appointment, as required, the vet indicated Raider was not in fact up to date on vaccinations as is promised as part of the requirement to not vaccinate in the first 10 days. As a result, Raider has to quarantine for 10 days until he can be vaccinated as needed. 4 - The AKC registration identifies the breeder with one name but his vet paperwork actually states he came from a broker (and one that was referenced on the Humane Society Bad 100 report). His name on Pawrade was Ben but his paperwork says Brandon. 5 - I was told the breeder uses their own carrier for ground transportation and the owner of the carrier is actually a puppy broker in the area as well. I am not convinced Pawrade actually does enough with their No Puppy Mill promise.
