We just received our fur baby, she is a sweetheart. This is our first experience buying a dog, we have adopted some from friends before. So this experience was new to us, however it was great! I had a lot of questions and they were prompt, courtesy and extremely helpful. Everything they explained to us, is what happened. We highly recommend their services! The GPS to track our puppies travel to us over the 4 day trip, was fun for our family, we knew exactly where she was the entire time. My daughter said it was like tracking Santa to our house and she is our gift!

Pawrade did a great job with our puppy. she is beautiful and very smart. the transport was a bit nerve racking as it took 8 days for her to get here. I have had difficulties getting paperwork to Petpay on time to activate my health certificate. the information I was given as to how to do that was without proper instruction. As for the AKC registration, I still don't have a clue how I will get her papers and get her registered. In one of the messages you sent, you told me to contact the Registrar but my question is, Who is the registrar, where are they located and how do I contact them??? Another message told me that the registrar would contact me. Well, I haven't heard a word from anyone about her registration or anything else. Pawrade is really lacking in the after delivery area. I finally got my paperwork submitted for her wellness check but only after I sent a message on the petpay website asking how to submit them. Now I don't have any idea how to get the registration for AKC done. My puppy was advertised as AKC, I do expect to be able to register her with AKC. The people helping with her adoption were all very nice and caring. they did their best but Pawrade didn't do their best. We have adopted from other companies online in the past and have always been given AKC information, Instructions for submitting wellness check documents and have a contact available to assist with any questions or difficulties that might come up. I suggest that Pawrade look at their procedures after the sale and get it together for the people that purchase their puppies. It's real nice that you say you don't use Puppy Mill puppies. We really have to take you at your word on that but the after the sale paperwork process really needs to be as important to you as the initial sale and transportation of the puppies.

Great service, met and exceeded expectations. My beautiful Border Collie was delivered in great shape. He’s happy, healthy and full of love and enery.

We are in love with our beagle puppy, Bella, who is now named Bailee. All in all, the process was pretty smooth. The only thing I found frustrating was the emailing, otherwise I would give 5 stars. I would email one person and a different person would reply. If you email back and forth several times, different people would be replying, which made it very disjointed and confusing. You should set it up so that, when the customer emails a question, and it goes to a person, all further emails should go to that same person. This would make for a much smoother conversation. You need to fix this. Moreover, it would be very helpful in your listings if you could say WHAT STATE each dog is located in, on your listings. We had to drive from New Hampshire to Missouri to get our puppy when, in all probability, there were puppies available that were closer to our state from which we could choose. Missouri would not have been out first choice! lol To our surprise, and delight, Bailee tolerated the 22 hour ride home remarkably well. We drove 12 hours one day, 8 hours the next, (staying in hotel rooms in between) and then 2 hours to meet the breeder. She slept in her soft crate between potty breaks, which were every 2 or 3 hours. We let her set the pace. When she woke from her nap, we stopped for a break to let her eat, drink, and walk around a bit. Most of the time, we needed a break too! Lol Our breeder, Rae Lyn M was fantastic! She allowed us to text her along the journey home with any questions or concerns we had for our puppy. I texted her questions whenever I needed to. She was quick to reply with her expert advice. This was invaluable to us! We adore our puppy and don't regret the long drive but, it would have made our lives easier if she was closer to where we live. We decided to drive out to get her instead of the airplane option which we felt would be too traumatic for her. Our little Bailee is doing great! We took her to the vet within the 72 hour time frame and she received a clean bill of health. No parasites or other problems. She is currently being housebroken and it’s going well. Thank you Pawrade and all who helped us navigate through the process to get our sweet, healthy, pup!
