Thanks for your help

After losing our 15-year-old dog, I started my search for a puppy. I'm so glad I found Pawrade the communication that you have back and forth with them answers all your questions they're very efficient. The fact that they set you up with a pet transportation service that drove your pup all the way across states, door to door they were amazing!

Pawrade has made everything very easy for us. We got our adorable puppy very quickly, with no hiccups or worries! He is home with us, ready to be spoiled for the holidays. After losing our older dogs, it took us almost 2 years to be ready for another dog. We saw Beaker, now Bucky & couldn't stop thinking about him. He is the sweetest pup. So glad to have him in our family. Thank you Pawrade and our very nice breeder for such a sweet boy.

The experience from start to finish was outstanding

We are very pleased with the level of care and commuinication that was shown throught the process. Pawrade's way of doing business provides reassurance that everything is aboveboard.

Pawrade was great with helping find the best puppy that we wanted with their vast range of breeders all in one place. Only negatives that we encounter was a lack of communication, and responding to our requests. Example we asked for pictures, we received two the week after we purchased him and then received one the day prior to picking him up. Was a span of 1 month from purchasing and then receiving our puppy. Lack of communication with the breeder as well until days before pickup. Food that was recommended by Pawrade was inaccurate and even the breeder at pick up said, yea you're the 3rd buyer who was recommended that food that he's clearly not even on. One last thing, if an employee is going to be off for sometime, maybe relay information to another worker, not just let emails build up and then apologize weeks later. Thank you.

We were lucky to find a wonderful breeder and flight nanny service to bring him home, but I do not have a good report on Pawrade themselves. When you reach out expressing interest in a puppy you will be put in touch with the equivalent of a used car salesman. They will tell you everything you want to hear and promise you the moon, but cannot back up what they promise. In the end you will be left waiting weeks to finally get your puppy home and with unanswered questions, texts and emails. Even something as simple as being promised pictures while we waited, never happened. Once they have your money the customer service disappears. We wouldn't trade our little guy for the world, but I would STRONGLY recommend looking for a local breeder (there are other platforms to get you in touch locally) before dealing with this company.
