Pawrade was so helpful throughout the entire process of bringing our new fur baby home. They answered all of my questions and were prompt/thorough. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Having never dealt with Pawrade before we were a little nervous at first. But the process was easy and straightforward with no surprises. Our Customer Service Liaison Renee S. was great, she was very helpful providing info and answered all of our questions, contacting us many times (messages and calls) during the adoption. Our Sheepadoodle puppy was delivered within the promised time period. We now fully understand that Pawrade as well as the breeder of our pup care very much about the welfare of the puppies. We love our new boy!

Omg !!! Words cannot express my gratitude towards this company . They were amazing … Sarah went above, and beyond to answer my every question and concern. She had all the patience in the world with me . Everyone at this company I dealt with were extremely professional and courteous. Aaron and his partner who did the delivery were also amazing .Honey was delivered to us as though she just came out of a spa . I am so, so thankful ! My family and I will be forever grateful 💕

This whole experience from beginning to end has been wonderful. The communication with staff has been some of the best I’ve experienced. Our little Maltipoo has met all of our expectations and more! We are a very happy family. Thank you to Pawrade staff and the transport team for being so great at what you do!

I give only four stars for communication issues. Otherwise, I would give an enthusiastic 5 stars! We love our pup. He was obviously well cared for. At 15 weeks he knew his name (the breeder began using his name chosen by us). He was comfortable with being handled. He knew basic commands. Although it was a very long travel day for him, he arrived none the worse for the wear and bonded with us immediately.

Great service, updates on Harley were frequent. Overall great experience. Thank you !
