PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Awesome from start to finish

Was a great experience from beginning to end. Communication/information was detailed every step of the way with quick responses back. Love my new member of my family.

The whole experience was amazing. Never purchased a puppy before like this. So smooth. Communicated with me every step of the way. If I had a question, they got back to me immediately. They would send a text to let me know I got an email. I would recommend and definitely use again. Also the breeder they use is awesome. I had two poms. They have since passed. They came from backyard breeders. What a difference in the puppy. Good genes. Almost potty trained. And such a smart and social dog. I love the new addition to my family

Very smooth process. Representatives were available and responsive throughout. My puppy arrived safe and sound.

Recommend that you inform the buyer ahead of time that in the winter months flights could be canceled & the arrival of the pet could be delayed. If I had known this, I would have requested a Nanny in the beginning. The airlines do not fly puppies in cargo.

Janell Hester is a-ma-zing!! She possesses expert knowledge and abundance of patience (I called her a billion times), responds quickly, and delivers sterling service in a friendly, blue-sky manner. So glad we selected Pawrade for our new family member, and so glad for our random good luck (when we called) for Janell serving as our puppy concierge!!

My experience with Pawrade was excellent and stress free. Pawrade stayed in touch and let me know how and when my Cavapoo puppy would arrive. I like that they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I will recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a sweet healthy puppy. Thank you, Kristy B.

We have had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fur baby!
