I found Pawrade cumbersome in having so many different people to communicate with throughout the process. Seems it would be more user friendly to have one contact person throughout. Also sometimes took 2 days or more to get a question answered. My breeder was accommodating and helpful even though I only received his contact info 24 hours before pick up time. We were well into our 11 hour drive to pick up the puppy before we ever made contact with to verify the transfer of ownership. The puppy is adorable and fitting in well at our home.

Everything was great….puppy arrived in perfect condition and was not stressed or unhappy. We were very happy with the whole procedure and would recommend this process to others.

Our experience with Pawrade was great! The staff made sure we knew what was happening and what steps to follow to bring Duke home. He is a wonderful, energetic, healthy and loving pup, and has brought so much joy and laughter to our home in just one short week. I want to thank everyone on the staff for their care and help!

I saw Bruno and it was like I knew he was the one . When I decided to buy him I was scared because lets face it you never know whats a scam , but after communication with the pawrade team I knew my money and I were in good hands . Received my puppy today! She’s the biggest sweetheart. I received great customer service and was always kept in the loop. So happy I chose pawrade to find my best friend.

This is for my Shiba Inu Bear. Everything went really smooth. My 3 contacts of people I talked to were good for the most part towards the end I did not receive a answer from my puppy concierge. I actually had to call the sales guy for him to contact her, then she finally got back to me, his name is Tony. He was the most helpful out of everyone and also Brandy she had called after I received Bear and she was awesome to. This is a good company. Always room to improve but I can’t complain much. I have a handsome new puppy who loves me and my wife very much.

Outstanding ! I was able to track the whole trip of transport of my little Pippa! They offered an app to see where they were the whole way, then a time to expect them to drop off my pup. Pawrade is very professional and knowledgeable. They want the best experience for the pet parent and the puppy!

From the moment we began our journey with Pawrade the experience fantastic!! Initially my girlfriend and I were just looking into bringing home a new family member and in a matter of weeks that went from a thought to a reality. We were initially interested in an Aussiedoodle and I asked for more information. I received a message the next morning and a call the next day, which was a Saturday, from Dan who didn't want me to wait till Monday to get my questions answered. The customer experience at Pawrade is second to none. Dan put up with the multitude of questions we had and even facilitated a conversation with the breeder directly. We eventually decided to go with the brother of the pup we initially were interested in. After the adoption fee was paid Renee from travel got in touch very quickly to get us prepared for the arrival of our Furever Friend. She answered all of our additional questions as well along with helping to coordinate the pick up of our pup. I flew out to meet the breeder and bring our boy home. Renee made everything incredibly easy and accessible. From the first moment I spoke to a Pawrade representative to after I brought our pup home I felt that they all truly cared about me, my family, my pup, and the business they are in. As someone who is very particular about who I do business with Pawrade exceeded my expectations. Any future pups will come from Pawrade as well.
