Our experience was perfect
Our experience was perfect! From making our breeder/pup selection to delivery everything in between was seamless and the staff that help along the way are a joy to work with. We recommend Pawrade and the transporters they partner with for a great experience choosing and transporting delivering our forever fur babies!

Thank you for your pawriffic review! We hope Maya is settling in well with her new furever family and you are getting lots of love and puppy kisses from her. 😍 Did you know that Shih Tzu means little lion? Big personalities in a little body. So cute! Give that little lioness a squeeze from us!💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

One happy family!!
My husband and I are absolutely over the moon with our puppy Pretzel (F/K/A Simba). The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish and everyone that we have interacted with has been wonderful! Our family is now complete!! 😊 We will definitely be recommending Pawrade to everyone we know!

We are so super excited, not only that you've found Pretzel, but that he has found you as well! Did you know that pretzels are a symbol of good luck, prosperity and spiritual fulfillment? What a perfect name! Thank you for allowing us to unite you to your new, luck-filled, furry family member. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

I am very pleased with my experience…
I am very pleased with my experience adopting my little puppy. He got here a little late because of a big snow storm along the way. But he is here safely and am really enjoying his playful energy. He is one beautiful little boy. He is a valentine present for my wife. She is very pleased. Thank you!

Toby may have showed up fashionably late for Valentine's Day but I'm sure you are getting Spouse of the Year award regardless. 😉 We are very happy you chose us to find your new furbaby and we are so happy that he found you too. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

I can't say enough great things about…
I can't say enough great things about my experience qith Pawrade! From the moment that I inquired about Bristol, to the moment that she arrived safe and sound at my door, I was treated with respect, compassion, and courteousness! The staff at Pawrade answered all of my questions and concerns, and went the extra mile to ensure that Bristol was delivered to me after my work weekend to ensure that my new companion would have my undivided attention, and presence, for the first four days of our journey together. I highly recommend Pawrade, and am so very impressed with their staff and my new little girl! Thank you Pawrade!

Awww.. We love a great homecoming story. We are more than happy to accommodate where we can to ensure a great new beginning for our little love bugs. Thank you for trusting us in this process. We hope you will continue to share your story and keep making wonderful memories with sweet Bristol. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Smelly and Fleas
I have a terrible experience with their “pampered” ground transport. My puppy came smelling like the van’s crates haven’t been cleaned in months, with diarrhea (I was forwarded on this tho) and with fleas.
Response from PawradeMar 7, 2022
Thank you so much for alerting us about your experience with a 3rd party transporter. We wish you would have considered rating Pawrade's service on our TrustPilot page versus the transport company's level of service. We hold our transport partners to a high standard and this is absolutely unacceptable. In all transparency we had an issue with one particular USDA licensed transporter the last couple of days causing us to BAN THEM from our network. Please reach out to our claims department and we'll absolutely seek reimbursement of flea treatment from the transporter on your behalf. This is also not an indication of your breeder or anything related to Pawrade other than the fact a transporter started operating at a poor level. On a side note, we hope Sadie will bring you endless puppy kisses for a long time coming.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We hope you and Brooke are bonding well. Fun fact, puppies love to be sung too and spoken too with "baby talk" and it helps with the bonding experience. Happy singing! 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
