No regrets
I absolutely adore my puppy, but she did come with quite a few health issues, including 2 different types of worms, giardia, and kennel cough. She is tiny, so it was a little scary. She has been reacting well to her meds and is on her way to being a healthy pup, but it is something you should be aware of. The pawrade team did offer compensation for the meds she needed. The communication with the pawrade team was decent, and the flight nanny was incredible. Overall, we love our new addition more than we could have ever imagined, and I do not regret a thing.

Thank you for your honest feedback. This will be really useful input as we strive for an excellent customer experience and while we are so happy you love her so, we are sorry Babett had a rough start. We always take a Puppy-First approach and require a negative fecal test before sending our sweet babies home. Babett received her negative fecal on March 7th before coming home to you. Unfortunately, travel and new environments can cause new germs too. Bleh! 😱 We are so happy she found such a loving home to ensure she gets all the treatment she needs during this time and we appreciate you taking your Puppy-First approach and communicating with us to assist however we can too. Please continue to reach out to us if you have any further needs. We sincerely wish you and Babett only the best memories moving forward. Thank you for loving her so much. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
