Excellent thank you so much, you are the best! The professionals were very nice and the communication was very good, we were very satisfied with the delivery of our pup and they made it very clear on what to do when he arrived. We are very happy with our baby boy and we are very thankful for taking care of him before he came home, thank you so much for your hard work.

Dan broker follow up was below…
Dan broker follow up was below standards Communication and guidance where confusing The whole process was full of mistakes. Travel was not flawless I wouldn’t use this service to get a puppy ever again I had conference call with Breeder and broker Renee second broker who took over. I was told dog was three pounds. The dog vet should she was 6 pounds. I also was told food for a few days would come with puppy . No food was provided. Food was special and needed to be ordered. This meant puppy was left three days eating other puppy food. I was given puppy Manual and multiple emails on site on how food needs to be the same. I was advised to give nanny tip . I paid over 1000k for nanny and my dog was on standby no direct flight paid for. Everything was communicated at the last minute. Broker was changed and original guy never returned my call it was poor service

Everything went according to schedule…
Everything went according to schedule with the pick up of my New Bernese Mountain dog. The only thin I was disappointed in was the fact I did not received new pictures prior to pick up. And my puppy was dirty. He is a great puppy and already stole everyone's hearts

Thank you for your review and your feedback. We are so happy that Hobbes is acclimating well to his new furever home. Although new pics cannot always be accommodated, we do make an effort when it's asked for. We are sorry it could not be done in this case. We are wishing you many of your own picture taking days and lots of happy memories to boot. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
