Yorkie lovers: Do your research

Well, I was not completely scammed. I did receive a puppy. Would I do business w Pawrade again? No… #1 I purchased a puppy that was supposed to b a teacup (“this little micro Yorkie is going to be really small”). His brothers and sisters were marketed as teacups, multi-gen and champion bloodlines. PacMan (puppy I purchased) was “0” lbs at 5 weeks; full grown dam was 5 lbs and sire 2 lbs. #2. Somehow, an undescended testicle (predisposes puppy to testicular cancer and costs more to neuter) was unnoticed by a “licensed veterinarian” #3 the puppy and belongings were delivered smelling of smoke. I was also sent the wrong food and have been feeling my puppy I don’t know what for over a week. For thousands of dollars this is completely unacceptable. “I am sorry; I understand” was the response I received along with a $50 credit. I was told I was confused and I should talk with breeder. Lesson learned….know or have references on the breeder as they will advertise anything to make a quick buck. Ask for a couple of generations down the line for sire and dam. Save yourselves the money. Its like a huge car dealership selling hundreds of different makes/models. No way they can b familiar with all the breeders and intricacies of the different breeds of dogs. Like I said I was scammed but at least I received a pup

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. We regret to hear you had a bad experience. We understand how upsetting your worries about the travel and the undescended testicle are. We have been investigating the transportation concern and although an apology does not make it right, we extend ours with sincerity as we continue to investigate this. A partial refund, although declined by you, has been extended. The refund offered, (explained in this review), was to cover the difference for this surgery, should it be needed as testicles can take up to four months in a puppy (sometimes up to six months) to completely drop down. The testis can descend and pull back if they are not fully dropped, which can lead to a missed diagnosis however we do not conduct the veterinarian exams to determine if this was what happened in this case. Although the parents are small, in this instance, this puppy was not advertised as a "Teacup". The breeder offered to speak with you regarding this confusion however we have yet to be able to connect you to her. We are happy to get this done to help shed some light on this area for you. Please contact us back, 888-729-8812, should you determine to have this done and hopefully resolve these matters. Pawrade Team

We had a prior scamming scare and were very skittish about trying another online pup purchase. I must say that all my fears were put to rest with my initial conversations with their representatives. Very professional and reassuring. They are NOT scammers!!!

Thank you so much for your review and for putting some minds at ease as well. 😍 We are so happy you trusted our process for not only one pup, but two. Hugs and Mel are two lucky little Poodles to have found their furever home with you. We are wishing you some amazing stories to tell with these two. Give them a squeeze from all of us at Pawrade. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

I would have never found my Parti Yorkie without Pawrade's help. The process was very efficient via secured text message and the travel arrangements with a travel nanny was flawless. Thank you for bringing Maggie into my life!

This was a Wonderful Experience
i had a wonderful experience. I was nervous about buying a puppy on line. Everything went fine. They were more than happy to answer all my questions. I received my puppy on Fathers Day. Freshly bathed and so sweet he was well socialized. He took right to his new surroundings. He has won us over and his big sister our Goldendoodle, she just loves him already and plays with him. Thank you for our new fur-baby..

This was a great experience
This was a great experience. I was a little nervous at first, but everything went fine. I received my puppy this morning and he is perfect. Freshly bathed, and obviously well socialized. He has already won over the entire family, including his "brother." Thank you for the newest addition to our family!

I was nervous, but it worked out great thanks to Pawrade
I was anxious about buying a puppy on line. Pawrade was great to work with. Got answers to all my questions and were prompt to respond. Loved that they set up a Zoom call so I could see my puppy prior to committing. From helping me find the right pup, arranging Zoom call, getting answers to my questions, arranging payment, arranging delivery, Pawrade couldn't have been better. Love my new fur baby.
