PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

My husband and I were very skeptical on buying puppies online with the amount of scams going on but pawrade is backed by the BBB and we did our research and found out they are legit.Their agents got back to you in a timely manner for the most part ( we understand that we are not the only ones buying puppies with questions) there was a couple instances that they forgot to get an answer for me but apologized and fixed it.Over all I'm satisfied with my puppies my breeder and pawrade they are Awesome... #BlackCrowKennel #AmericanBullys

I thought I was getting a pure bred poodle but she is not! I love her but I wish they had more truthful!

Very professional puppy is amazing very healthy! Did not expect to get him so quickly. I would definitely refer this company for anyone who wishes to buy a puppy a healthy puppy!

The purchasing experience was great. Quick communication, easy payment and transportation set up process. It’s AFTER that things went down hill QUICK. Our puppy showed up (transportation didn’t really communicate well), no info from the breeder, and didn’t come with a complete health record (or starter puppy pack with food they were feeding…etc). Then he started coughing…then “honking…” so kennel cough!! Awesome. His first vet visit (w/in 72 hr of delivery) came back good to go…so when I took him in for the cough, PetPay/Pawrade (they’re the same company!) said it wasn’t covered since it wasn’t found on the first visit. Well I dropped off a stool sample and that came back positive for GIARDIA. Guess what…ALSO NOT COVERED BY THEIR CLAIMS since it wasn’t “found” on the first visit. Keep in mind that he probably picked up the bug while in transit ON HIS WAY TO ME and symptoms don’t show for 2-7 days after infection. MetLife pet insurance…laughable coverage. $50 deductible and a cap of $500?? I couldn’t cancel and get a complete plan until the 30 day insurance plan he came with was up. So 2 visits in and I’m already up to $250…and there’s another round of visits for both health issues. This was my first, and last, time purchasing a puppy sight unseen. I do not recommend Pawrade based on my experience with their claims dept customer support (…the follow up customer care team is great and helped me cut through some “red tape”). No contact with the breeder before just made me a transaction and not a person. **UPDATE 9/21/22** Kelli came thru for me! After hearing about the claims issue she re-engaged with the team and cleared up the document issue that was causing the denial. I’m upgrading my review from 2 to 4 stars based on her excellent customer service (she alone gets 5!) but still knocking off a star for the overall experience.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Pawrade is the future of safe and healthy puppy ownership. They make the process seamless. My ruthie is a gift. Everyone warned me that getting a husky would be a crazy adventure. But I knew in my heart it was the breed for me. My girl Ruthie is my soulmate. She is healthy, secure, smart, loving, ENERGETIC, loyal and my savior. I want everyone else to have a Ruthie in their lives. Thank you, Pawrade. I am the luckiest dog mom in the world.
