Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect! Janelle was perfect! She was caring, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my needs leading me to the perfect puppy! Lindsay same. The breeder was perfect. My little boy is perfect! My boy was potty trained, fetched balls already, is in perfect health and slept with me the first night like a charm! The transport company was also perfect! The young man delivering my boy had a permanent smile and sent pics with updates along the road! I am anxious to see that my boy stays “toy” size!

Pawrade was very helpful in getting my Toy Poodle I am very pleased with my puppy if I ever want to purchase another puppy I will use Pawrade again and the transporting of my puppy was awesome they brought my puppy right to my door Thanks again Pawrade.

Pawrade Was good at getting information about my puppy anything I ask for finding out information about the breeder they were their communication was very good with them they got right back to me. I will look to you soon again if I do plan on getting another puppy.

Great experience!
Great experience! They obviously take care to communicate and inform buyers throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to buy after my initial questions and when I did finally make my decision it was very smooth. Would use again!

Great experience purchasing my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.It was a little disappointing at first because it took a little longer then anticipated to receive my puppy due to having an inaugural hernia, but it was for the better interest of the puppy.The breeder not only took care of the surgery but also paid to have the dog neutered so he would only have to go under anesthesia once.They really do put the dogs health and best interest first and for that I am grateful

Turned out to be a great experience!
Overall I had a great experience with Pawrade! It was a lot of fun to talk to my 'Puppy Concierge' and learn about prospective puppies. I had spent a lot of time on my own trying to determine exactly what I was looking for, which did help narrow things down quickly. Everyone was really nice and extremely friendly like they are cheering you on along the way! I think for my next puppy I would go pick them up myself but arranging transport was generally smooth as well. There was a hiccup or so along the way which happens, but Tania reached out and helped answer my questions and sort out any issues. My puppy and I are settling in to our new home and she has been having a great time meeting people. Thank you to Pawrade I am having a blast with my little bundle of energy.
