PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

We are so happy we found our sweet new puppy here on Pawrade! I was happy to see the high level of professionalism and care that the puppies receive before they find their new home. Our breeder had vaccine records, puppy food, toys, instructions of how to raise a puppy, and a guide for treats, shampoos and grooming supplies. I have been able to text the breeder and get advice as my new puppy adjusts to her new environment. I love that insurance is easy to get started and encouraged to continue. This is a great site!

Great Experience. I was afraid to make the purchase online but it was very professional and easy. Our puppy Fergus now named Butterscotch was in Missouri and we live in Northern Illinois. I had several questions before we bought him and each time my questions were answered in a timely manner. After I made the purchase I had some questions about his diet and wanted to get his food ready before he got here. I was able to get my answer and have everything ready for him before he arrived. Parade kept in contact with me all the way through the process. I had him delivered and this was a great experience. Wags on Wheels made the delivery at 4:30 am. Aaron and Jason we're very nice. You can track your dog to your home. I was informed when he was picked up from the breeder. I was contacted whole he was on his way. They let me know when they were arriving and they were even earlier . Great experience all around. Love our new family member.

We have had a great experience with Pawrade. They communicated very clearly and the process to get our puppy was easy, fast and smooth!!

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! Every person I spoke with was kind, caring and helpful, always keeping me up to date. I opted for pampered ground delivery because so many flights get cancelled or delayed. Best, best decision. This gentleman drove from Michigan to New, delivering Pippa who was alert, happy and ready to move right in. Can't thank you all enough.

Everything was perfect , best friend Moe birthday , so we named her Moe because , she died a year ago , so I think of her !

The people at Pawrade were very nice and answered any questions I had. The only thing I would change is getting information on how the process works to receive the puppy immediately upon payment, and daily check-ins until the puppy is recieved. You pay everything up front and then get information of responsibilities as a pet owner after, they confirm your identity, but as far as when to expect the pet or how the process works, I kept having to ask questions and piece together the process.

This was a great experience with all the people I came in contact with along Willow's (ie; Chole) journey home to me. I live in Mass and she came from Missouri. She is doing great! F/U care was great also - I call with questions after the fact, and they answer my calls right away. I spoke to the breeder who was very willing to fill me in on my puppy. This is my 4th Maltipoo, but the first time I have bought a dog online. I RECOMMEND PAWRADE TO EVERYONE!

Awesome service! Lindsay and her team were very informative, answered all of our questions. We love our new Boston. He's beautiful and healthy. Delivery service was communicative and friendly. All around great experience. Thank you!
