Excellent service from the beginning, we like that we can track our puppy locations during transport.other staff are very friendly and helpful although response can take a while but they make sure to get back to you. It would be helpful as well if they have a dog profile that has good to know about your puppy. So buyers don’t need to ask a lot of questions to be prepared. Maybe a recommendation when delivering puppies to your customers doors step, have atleast a crate comes with them. And maybe more friendly staff. They were ok, one is genuinely smiling. The other not so much. A bit awkward. We understand traveling pups can be stressful. But I think it’s important to put some effort and great impression even at the very end. Thank you

Very trustworthy company. My puppy I purchased was very healthy and clean. All representatives for Pawrade were professional. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a fur baby.

Excellent service all the way from Pawrade, and the breeders and pet nanny who drove our puppy to our home.

This puppy is adorable and sweet tempered. The breeder did a great job with him. It seemed like a long time until I finally got him home but we’re happy with him. He is learning quickly and potties outside or goes to the door to let me know and it’s only been 2 days. The long trip in the van did go a long way toward crate training him because he adapted easily. I forgot to give the drivers a tip so I’d like it if they could contact me so I can Zelle a gratuity to them. I still don’t have the paperwork work on transfer of ownership but I did sign off when he came. I’d like a copy of them for my records. He had his vet check last Friday and our vet was impressed with him and looks forward to caring for him. Doing the paperwork was confusing, especially when the puppy arrived at night but generally I’m happy with Pawrade and will suggest them to friends.

Outstanding customer service! Constant communication, which helped me feel confident that they truly care about my puppy and my satisfaction as a customer. Quick responses to my many inquiries. They make it easy to communicate through texting or email. They answer the phone immediately and they truly care about customer satisfaction. I was very nervous about the transport because it takes 2 to 4 days and in my case it took four days and I was a nervous wreck, but my puppy arrived happy and well cared for. He was healthy and the gentlemen that transported him were nice and compassionate and truly cared about my puppy. You can also follow the GPS tracker for the entire time which I thought was fantastic as I was tracking every hour for four days until my puppy got here. I would highly recommend Pawrade if you’re looking for a new puppy to love. I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service, and every need and every question was answered and addressed quickly 😊
