Amazing experience!!!

The process was easy to follow and delivered on time. The transportation company brought my Old English Sheepdog puppy directly to my door with a smile and well-wishes. The puppy had all papers in place and my separate vet checkup resulted in a great report. I will continue to recommend Pawrade.com to my neighbors.

I received a lot of good information that helped me get ready for my new puppy. It really helped for a smooth transition into my home. I also really appreciated that any and all of my questions were answered timely and thoroughly. I would definitely use this service again.

Hands down the best company to buy a dog from!! I was very hesitant to purchase my mini-golden doodle from a website online, however this team made me feel reassured and eased so much anxiety. The entire process from purchasing my dog Toby to the very end, even days after I received him, went so smoothly. The people in every department I spoke to were very thorough and answered any questions I had immediately after I inquired about them. Kelly was amazing at answering all the questions regarding the breeder and Toby himself. Carli ensured I knew all the information and steps that needed to be taken prior to receiving Toby. Renee was so accommodating and helpful with travel arrangements. Alisa thoroughly updated me on Toby's vet visits and health, along with updated pictures of him. I have never been more satisfied with a group of staff as a whole. 10/10 recommend this company.

Price was good, Care for delievery of pet was great. Dog is so sweet and cute.

This is my 2nd puppy from here. Once again it was a great experience overall. There was an issue w/ the 1st puppy on my list I selected, but pawrade apologized for the issue regarding the seller & immediately started looking for puppies in the area I was in at the time on vacation. We found 2 on my list that happened to be brothers & was able to get my 2nd choice 4 days later. The new family member fits right in & he probably should have been my 1st choice all along. I will use pawrade again. I do suggest have a list of pups when selecting. You never know when a puppy may not be available last min or an issue arises. I used the nanny delivery for my 1st puppy & it was a good experience, but if you can drive to meet breeder & pup I highly recommend it. My breeder was very happy to meet & wanted to actually met us & tell us more about pup. If there was a way to rate breeders she would get a 10 from me. She was so kind & had packed his blankie, 2 weeks of food to ease the change, his 2 favorite toys & a new collar & leash which was great bc the harness I bought & brought was too big!

The whole event, although some things could be explained a little better. How the puppy will arrive etc.Hower he is a wonderful little spirit. The whole house is in 🥰 love ❤️ 😍.
